Mikasa Palatial Platinum Cup & Saucer (Made in Thailand): 15,500 ppm Lead in the platinum edging.
When tested with an XRF instrument the Mikasa cup & saucer set pictured had the following readings:
#1.) On the platinum edging
Lead (Pb): 15,500 +/- 300 ppm
Cadmium (Cd): 40 +/- 8 ppm
Antimony (Sb): 173 +/- 20 ppm
Silver (Ag): 11 +/- 5 ppm
Bismuth (Bi): 80 +/- 33 ppm ...
