Tamara Rubin is a multiple-Federal-award-winning independent advocate for childhood Lead-poisoning prevention and consumer goods safety, and a documentary filmmaker. Hi all! Following up on yesterday’s Lead-free Amazon Picks post, I spent a good part of yesterday researching and picking out my top Lead-free choices (currently available on Amazon) for baking… with the logic being that those of you who are already looking forward to (planning ahead for?) the upcoming holiday season might appreciate the opportunity to take advantage of adding some of these choices to your kitchen early (as most of the choices on this list are quite inexpensive — and some are also on sale now!).

For those new here, I share about Lead-free products and specifically share links to these products on Amazon — not because I want to (in fact, I actually HATE recommending products!) but because Lead Safe Mama readers continually ask me to and want both specific product recommendations as well as to help support our programs with additional revenue from their purchases! Finally, just a heads-up and a reminder that — again — “you heard it here first.” The reporting we did in March of this year (2023) about exposed Lead found in the popular “Stanley Quencher” and related products (with the commonly-seen failure of the bottom disc that covers a high-Lead seal) finally hit the news this week! (There was, as usual, no mention of our work — but that’s what we have come to expect from the mainstream media!)
