The key for Lead exposure is primary prevention.
90% of the Lead we have been exposed to is still in our body.
Most detox protocols are hoaxes and some actually CAUSE lead poisoning as they are made with Lead-contaminated ingredients.

Hello, thank you so much for these recommendations! Would it be safe to assume that other Rubbermaid Glass storage containers are lead free as well? Is it still common to find leaded glass around nowadays or are the silicone parts more of a concern? There are these pink meal prep containers I want but I’m not sure if they’re safe. Thanks again!
The pyrex ones still can have lead painted logos.
