Many of my readers have asked about what sort of levels my own heavy metals test might reveal — and I was curious as well (I hadn’t been tested for Lead since Charlie was born — and his 14th birthday is in two weeks!). Click the image below to see the full four-page heavy metals panel test result and report for the provoked urine test I had done earlier this month (June 2022) at Dr. Salerno’s clinic in New York City.

I will also publish a video of my discussion with Dr. Salerno (a zoom convo we had after getting these results in, discussing metals testing in general, as well as reviewing in detail my specific results and the implications of the levels for each of the metals I tested positive for). Stand by for that. To read some of my additional writing on this subject, click here or here. Thank you for checking this out! (Scroll down for a short video about how this came about, too — in case you missed it!)

Here’s the video featuring the prep for my testing at Dr. Salerno’s office:

  1. Hi Tamara, I’m new in your website and I found it very useful, thank you very much for all the information.

One question, about the heavy metal test, why do you think it is best to do it provoked? And do you recommend to do IV or OV chelation and with what exactly?
