Hi Tamara. I am considering a daycare that was built in the 1970s residential building in Canada (Ontario). They did renovations to the homes in the 1990s. Should I be concerned about lead paint or lead in other parts of the building? On the exterior of the building, I noted that the paint on the garage doors is chipping. The windows look “old” (probably 1970s original windows). There is a brick fireplace on the interior. Here are some pics: https://www.buildingblockschool.com/fourth-line-gallery/
