Hi friends!
–
We published two more new lab reports! Those links are below.
–
… plus RUSSIAN BOTS!
–
I also need to share a very specific request for support with you. If you take a look at the image with this post, those are just a few of the spam comments we have been getting on our website this week (hundreds of – mostly Russian – spam bots have been trying to push comments through on our site!) This is because our spam protection software (one of several barriers we have to protect the Lead Safe Mama website) expired and we cannot afford the cost to renew. A one-year renewal is $599.00, but a two year renewal is just $719.04.
–
While it feels like a racket and a scam to have to pay for this software to protect our site, it is necessary and our web host (who we trust!) also recommends it.
–
If you are able to make a contribution to help us cover this fairly urgent cost (so our website is not open and vulnerable to these spam bot attacks), we would very much appreciate that today. Support can be sent via the usual channels… here those are:
–
Zelle: Testing@LeadSafeMama.com (fee-free & preferred)
–
Venmo: @LeadSafeMama
–
PayPal: Testing@LeadSafeMama.com
–
General Fund GoFundME: https://gofund.me/015fe9244 (This campaign total is currently at $66,741.00 contributed via GoFundMe to cover our costs over the past nine years, so – absent contributions made through other sources – we will have enough to cover this new spam protection expense when the total reaches $67,460.00).
–
Thank you for your help with this, without this software – blocking and deleting these spam comments becomes nearly a full-time job!
–
And with that, here are two more newly published lab reports (some of our final October 2026 reports):
–
1.) Colorescience Color Balm, SPF 50

2.) Something Nice Zero Pro Premium Toothpaste

Thank you for being part of our community.
–
More soon.
