Paparazzi’s Claims:
Comment I shared on social media tonight with one of the new Paparazzi posts

Hubs and I have been chatting as I work on these posts tonight. The owners of this company should truly be punished to the full extent of the law. They have falsely claimed that they test their jewelry and are compliant with relevant regulations. They falsely claimed that the jewelry was Lead-free and Nickel-free. They have endangered children and adults alike. They really seem to have been willfully deceiving their consultants and their customers.
There is so much evidence here it seems far beyond what anyone might be able to claim as merely “ignorance” – the people at the top of this Pyramid cannot claim to be ignorant of these issues IF in fact they did the testing they have claimed they did. They also (apparently) have not been willing to make their testing available to those who request it – which they are required to do for anyone in the State of California (if they are selling in the State of California.)
The lesson to learn:
- If it seems too good to be true it probably is.
- The other lesson: most companies don’t give a shit about compliance with regulatory standards and also don’t give a shit about the health and well-being of their customers. These levels are f’in outrageous.
