Very interesting! Did you test the same color as on her registry (smoke )? Do you think other colors would belead free too? I am so excited to find something in ceramic completely lead free!

I only tested this one color from her registry. I cannot assess (give an educated guess about) any of the other colors. But having one color completely Lead-free is a good sign (and a good place to start!)

Hi Tamara- I’ve been reading your recommendations for years and have referred many other mamas to your site. Can you please test more dinnerware from this company, Fortessa. I love the pattern Havana and want to purchase. These dishes are made with vitrified china and I think that means they’re safer, but you’re the expert!
