Is the Chromium level unsafe in these planters? Which kind of Chromium is this, Hex or Trivalent?

Chromium is in all stainless steel (and similar silver-colored composite metals). I don’t know which type of Chromium it is, my instrument only tells me Chromium – my husband probably knows more because he is a metals guy.
