Mud Pie 2005 First Tooth First Curl Baby Treasure Box Set: 6,598 ppm Lead
This is a collectable set of two small porcelain boxes intended to contain baby’s first tooth and baby’s first haircut. It is noted as being “Made in China” and looks like it may have been manufactured in 2005. While adorable… it is also very high lead. Notable: This item had stickers on both the box and on the item itself warning that it is not a toy and is “For Decorative Use Only.”
I’ve always suspected that items like this would be high lead.
