Where are the people reading this website located? Well, nearly everywhere, apparently!

Introduction (for those new to this website):

Tamara Rubin is a Federal award-winning independent advocate for consumer goods safety and a documentary filmmaker. She is also a mother of Lead-poisoned children, her sons were acutely Lead-poisoned in 2005. Since 2009 Tamara has been using XRF testing (a scientific method used by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission) to test consumer goods for toxicants (specifically heavy metals), including Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Antimony, and Arsenic. All test results reported on this website are science-based, accurate, and replicable. Items are tested multiple times, to confirm the test results for each component tested. Tamara’s work was featured in Consumer Reports Magazine in February of 2023.

I love Google Analytics. It is so much fun reviewing my stats and seeing who is reading my posts and how they are finding my work. My favorite thing to see is WHERE all of you live (and how far this message of lead poisoning prevention is reaching).

I just recently learned I could look at a three-year history of the geographic reach of my work and so I checked that out. I cried. I really could not believe it. I am so incredibly thankful to all of you for sharing this work so that it reaches LITERALLY to all “corners” of our planet. Thank you.

Here’s a visual of most of the countries my work has reached in the past three years. Really, it’s more of a snapshot of the past two years because nearly 96% of the 1,000,000+ unique all-time views on this site have been in the past 22 months (but the analytics shortcut only has a one-year or three-year function, so I pulled up the three-year function to make sure to include everyone!).

Every country that is filled in with blue on the map is a country where someone has read LeadSafeMama.com!

A list of the countries is below the image as well. ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FIVE (175) COUNTRIES! Some are territories and islands and such, but these are locations that Google considers “countries,” so you get the idea!

I’m pretty much just missing the middle of Africa! I think this may correlate more to the limitations around the reach of technology, not a limitation of the reach of my particular website.

Keep sharing everyone. Together we can (literally) change the WORLD.

I love you.

I still have to double-check the list for duplicates (and typos) and I am also working on alphabetizing this list (while I am sick in bed!). Let me know if you see a duplicate and I will remove it. Thanks! (It’s a long list!)
