I have been out of town (in California) for the past several days. My husband received this via FedEx today (Saturday, 2/25/2017). Please click on the image to see the letter full size. I will be writing more about this shortly, however I want to say that I stand by my findings and I will not be bullied. Here’s my original letter to the company.

Did they explain to you why they think your info is false or misleading? (That would probably be a more effective way to ask you to remove it…)

Thank you for everything you do and please keep doing what you are doing! Please know that your work is helping so many parents make safer choices every day and saving so many children!
I used to think that iplay was concerned about the safety of our children and used to love their products. This letter from their attorney is the reason I will not be buying another iplay product in the future. In fact, it makes me question what else they know about the (un)safety of their products and are hiding from the consumers! If they had taken a constructive approach instead, it would have been a completely different story.
On the other hand, Instapot has just earned another customer. I was in the market for a similar cooker and will take a closer look at their products.

I feel that your letter was extremely fair and open to the possibility that the company was unaware. Their response was very defensive (something to hide?),insensitive, uncaring toward their consumers health and safety, and just plain nasty. Thank you for sticking to your guns.
