One in three children (people under the age of 18) in America today have had an unsafe level of lead* in their blood in their lifetime.
That is approximately 22,000,000 children.

*Specifically approximately one in three children in America today has had a blood lead level of 2.5 (micrograms per deciliter) or higher in their lifetime (and it is well documented and widely agreed upon that their is no safe level of lead in a child’s blood.)
