How to Nominate a Food or Supplement for Testing

  • PLEASE NOTE: Nomination a product for Lab testing via this process can be VERY SLOW if you don’t already have a group of friends interested in chipping in to help get a certain product tested and reported on. For some products it has taken us more than a year to raise the funds for testing. For quicker ways to help direct which products we test and report on, please check out our higher level Patreon membership levels – link below.
  • OTHERWISE – To nominate a product, follow the steps below:
  • Please e-mail Testing@LeadSafeMama.com with “LABORATORY TESTING NOMINATION” in the subject line of your email.
  • Let us know which specific food or supplement product you would like to have tested.
    • Include the Brand Name
    • Include the Product Name
    • Include the exact name of product’s flavor if the product comes in multiple flavors
    • Include a link to the product
    • Include an image of the product
  • We need to receive at least 10 nominations for the same product (nominations from 10 different people who would like to contribute financially and help cover the costs of testing and reporting for a specific product) before we can launch a fundraising campaign for that product.
  • It may take several weeks (or longer!) for us to respond, please be patient.
    • Sending us multiple reminder emails will just give us more work and may delay things, so please do not do that.
