It’s super easy to file a complaint against Hiya!

Hi friends!

It turns out that the City of New York just made it super easy to file a complaint against Hiya Health for their predatory subscription model (we have heard from hundreds of Lead Safe Mama community members that Hiya make it nearly impossible / very difficult to unsubscribe from the monthly payment for — and monthly delivery of — their Lead-contaminated children’s vitamin products)!

You don’t need to live in New York City to do this, & it just takes a couple of minutes of your time!

2.) Type in Hiya Health when it prompts you for a company name, their company name and address will auto fill (they were ALREADY in this system when we submitted our complaint!)

3.) Check the boxes that are appropriate to your situation

4.) Write a short narrative if you choose to (mine can be seen in the image with this article, as we had to also subscribe to Hiya in order to purchase the products for testing)

5.) Choose if you want the complaint to be anonymous or not.

6.) Submit your complaint.

7.) Bonus opportunity (should you choose to accept): After you submit your complaint, click the option to download the PDF copy of the complaint and email it to us at Tamara@LeadSafeMama.com – with “HIYA COMPLAINT” in the subject line as we are putting together a collection to share with an attorney interested in filing a class action lawsuit against them.
