Why don’t the sellers and paid promoters make money in a more morally-correct manner? Maybe they could steal cars from rich people? Why sell poison to small children? Really, almost anything would be a better way to make money. I’m sure the Asian woman on that social media account is working for Gimme.
One can barely eat in China without getting poisoned, but everyone forgets that a lot of American, European, Korean, and Japanese brands source and/or manufacturer in China. It looks like Gimme is Korean, but they source in China. Can you image how polluted the seas are off the coast of industrial China? They probably grow the seaweed in the inland waterways. They are absolutely full of toxins. Whole villages where the employees of the polluting industries are sickened and deformed due to these toxins. Yet they sell them in the US. Gimme could source somewhere else, but they refuse to do so because the profit margins would be reduced. The waters off the southern Korean coast are much cleaner, but they don’t source there because they are greedy bastards.
Plus, there are many things you don’t test for like PCBs, pesticides, and other toxins, but high heavy metal results are a good indicator of overall toxic conditions.
p.s. On that vile promoter’s comment about how she didn’t get lead poisoned. YES, HER PARENTS DID NOT FEED HER THIS CHEAP TOXIC CHINESE SEAWEED that she is pitching to American families. What a hideous woman. How can she live with herself? It is one thing to make a mistake, but she is fighting to keep this product on the market. They can just change the sourcing of that seaweed.
A Korean American pediatrician did an interview in Seoul saying that toddlers should not have cosmetic plastic surgery. She got so many death threats that she had to flee Korea and go into hiding when she got home. This is how profit-driven and greedy Asia has become.
