Hello friends!
Below you will find our latest legal filing, regarding a situation we have been navigating for more than two years now. Click the image of the first page (the image below) to see the PDF of the document and read the full 16-page document that was filed with the courts on May 7, 2026.
This is uncomfortable to share (as it is a matter of defamation and so the legal filing includes specifics of the false and defamatory statements that have been made about me and my business) and will likely also be uncomfortable for some to read.
As always we are a stand for justice in all things and we are sharing this document here on our website in the name of full transparency. It is important to us that our community knows what we are going through, and the challenges we are up against.
If — after reading this legal filing — you have questions, you may comment below. Depending on the nature of the questions — due to the status of the legal proceedings — we may not be able to answer all of them at this time, but will answer them each as soon as we can.
Separately, If you have words of support and encouragement for the Lead Safe Mama team (a group of very hardworking dedicated people who have put literally years of effort into working towards seeing justice served in this matter), we would love to read those as well! I do want to take a moment to say that our direct costs related to this matter (costs for lawyers and the cost of the time and efforts of Lead Safe Mama team to compile and organize the data that supports this case), currently exceed $70,000.00. This amount does not begin to address the other economic and non-economic damages we have experienced in response to this targeted, persistent, years-long smear campaign.
The intention behind these attacks on our work has been clearly articulated by the Defendants in this matter: to put Lead Safe Mama, LLC out of business through attempts to destroy our reputation (the reputation of me personally and professionally, and of Lead Safe Mama, LLC as a whole), thereby destroying our capacity to earn enough to keep the work of Lead Safe Mama, LLC going.
We are currently working to raise over $17,000 to cover the new legal fees for this matter this month. We also need to raise at least another $25,000 to cover legal fees that were paid with loans to date. To this end we will share the following links:

It bums me out to see two people with a common goal, fight. There is no denying his page is VERY anti “LSM” I still see mocking comments and videos that show the infographics made by LSM and the team. I wish there was a way to bring the two of you together because I think if that happened that there would be genuine progress in the lead safety community. I hope for LSM’s sake that you win this, because it’s very obvious that he does not like you and a lot of his followers do not like you either. I think he says some things “aren’t as harmful as you make them” just to please his anti LSM followers and gain more comments and interactions. That’s just my personal experience with seeing his pages and videos. I love how straight forward LSM is with their finances and what costs are. I’d never for a minute think I was being scammed by LSM. I believe in science and that doesn’t lie.
