How anyone can actually get upset at you or question your motives is beyond me. If they are actually random members of the public, then they have likely not read much of your website, understand your background and also, I’m sorry to say, lack some intelligence or even a tiny bit of understanding of science. I am afraid however that the attacks you have been getting are, at least partially, not random members of the public but people paid by companies to discredit you and then some people as described above get on the bandwagon. Please know that the rest of us are very grateful for the work you do and can’t commend you enough for bringing these issues to light. Some, rare people manage to do a lot of good all by themselves.
