I sincerely hope you have good results. It seems impossible for anyone to not have some elevated levels with the many surfaces we come into contact with daily. Just walking outdoors, in a parking lot, cars driving by with exhaust fumes seem like there would be exposure to toxins. Touch a painted handrail, a door know, painted table tops, paint on glassware, aluminum foil used at restaurants, aluminum pans, restaurant serving plates from fine China with heavy metals to Styrofoam and laminated paper boxes. All adds up. GOOD LUCK?
FINGERS CROSSED!!
Working and testing this stuff you write about, you likely have some exposure. It will be interesting if your doctor tells you to take a break from hands on testing or wants to start Chelation therapy.
Depends on the testing, hair tests for instance show lower levels when someone is toxic in some situation as it is the inability to secret the metals that is the issue, in my case mercury impaired my bodies ability to remove, aluminum, lead, cadmium naturally, once I had removed a significant amount mercury the other metals have lowered naturally.
Mary, she definitely knows about that. It’s quite patronizing of you to assume she doesn’t – I’ve even seen her talk about these things. Even a regular mom like me knows that.
Ouch, didn’t expect to be name called. I guess I should have been more specific. In the years before Tamara became knowledgeable, and before we knew what we kno w now, we were eating a lot of chocolate, rice, and so on, and I’m sure Tamara will agree that she learns something new everyday … some new item that contains certain metals that she didn’t know before. That’s what I meant; that we’ve spent a lifetime eating heavy metals before we knew what products contained them, and those metals absorb into soft tissue such as brain and nervous system (especially mercury) and, in the case of mercury, can only be removed from soft tissue through British Anti Lewisite treatments. I was told this by a heavy metal expert when I was writing for newspapers. High levels just don’t disappear because we become knowledgeable. That’s what I meant. I thank you for prompting me to explain my comment in detail.
A “normal” person doesn’t even know or care that they’re eating a lot of metals whether it be in their own cooked food or when they eat out. Yet, there are “normal” people who would test within the reference range for tests like this. Of course it’s better to be knowledgeable. But it’s probably the case that Tamara got her above average levels of lead from her home renovation and other extreme exposure events rather than food.

Because you are so knowledgeable about heavy metals, and so careful to avoid exposure, I would guess that you do not have any elevated levels.

I’m guessing you are high since a lot of people don’t know that there’s lead even in c hocolate, arsenic in rice, and so on.

Alpha Lipoic Acid is also very good at getting rid of mercury, both can cross into the brain and remove mercury from there.

Thanks for sharing, that’s good to know.

Forgot to mention that no matter how knowledgeable anyone is,, you just never know how many heavy metals we’re exposed to when we eat out.
