I am so excited that we are actually headed towards our “long-term-goal” of 20,000 page views per day (600,000 page views per month / 7,200,000 page views per year!) At the rate things are going (and even if they slow down considerably over the next couple of days) the website will have total page views for the month over 400,000 – bringing us 2/3 of the way to our goal . With three months this calendar year (so far!) in the top ten months of all time – this gives me so much hope for the long-term sustainability of this work and the expansion of the reach and impact of this message – all of the information – childhood Lead poisoning prevention and consumer goods safety.

Learning about Lead in dishes may seem trivial to some (especially to those of us who are parents of acutely lead poisoned children) – but it is a gateway to learning about the bigger issue in a broader sense. it’s a simple and impactful way to introduce people to the concern.
