This is our absolute favorite pencil sharpener and we use it every day in our home (my 12-year old son Charlie uses colored pencils as his preferred art medium – so we usually sharpen pencils every day.) We bought our first one about 4 years ago and my son (A.J.) took that one to college with him (we actually took it on our cross country trip… yes we deemed it essential to take an electric pencil sharpener on a month-long cross country camping trip!) I just purchased another one since we have not had one here since I gave ours away to A.J.!
