Three years ago today I was illegally arrested for a crime I did not commit (& handcuffed & taken to jail in a black unmarked SUV.)
I definitely have PTSD around this date – but just wanted to mark the passing of time on this with a quick blog post.
If you are following my story you know that we are now suing the State of Oregon in Federal Court for multiple counts of civil rights violations against me – related to this illegal arrest and other incidents around it.

The good news is that we may be close to concluding this legal battle!
The State’s lawyers contacted my lawyers earlier this month and said they wanted to have a mediation to see if we could reach a settlement. So… stay tuned….

So I just read the criminal investigation report and just want you to know —-
I feel so bad that you have been going through this ordeal!! And that I will be praying for you! God is able to do “exceedingly, abundantly more than we ask or imagine”, Ephesians 3:20.
