I took this video to show how the lead painted siding is sitting underneath the new lead-free siding on my home. This video was shot in March of 2019 and we are now, finally (in November of 2020) taking care of this complicated problem at our home, removing rotted siding and replacing the rotted substructure as well as the siding.
This was filmed as a Facebook live video and in it I am talking to some of the live commenters on the video. I thought there were enough interesting points in it to merit uploading it to YouTube as part of the “Ten Minutes with Tamara” series. When the work is done I will do my best to film an “after” video as well!
Hello. I messaged you about getting China tested. I have tried several places in MN. No one gets back to me. In SD a person said a using the China three times a year wouldn’t hurt. I would still like to get them tested. I have saucers that would not need to be returned. Two of them are white with silver trim. One is Gilharltd; the other Norleans. The third piece is white with silver trim and wheat pattern. It is Johann Haviland from Germany. The fourth piece is white elegance a Corelle pattern from 2010. I am willing to pay. Just need to know where to send or if you would test. I read every post. You are amazing. Perhaps you know about these patterns. I have replaced most everything in my house. Still working on a few pieces. Thank you for all you do.
