Boston, Mass
Hello friends! I have so much writing to catch up on – hopefully you will be hearing more from me very soon. I just got my computer back after loaning it to my son for more than two weeks (while he waited for his computer for college to arrive) and it feels like I have been reunited with an old friend!
I’m excited to share that even though I have not been able to write much over the past few weeks (and really over the past nearly two months since I left Portland for my cross-country tour on August 3rd) you all have still been doing a great job of sharing my posts and educating your friends and family members about Lead in their homes, schools and environment! Thank you!
As you can see from the graph and chart below, as of today the blog has over 181,000 unique views for the month of September 2020. This makes this month the “Best September Ever” on the blog (September 2019 had a total of 167,248 unique views) and the month is not quit over yet. I expect we’ll easily pass 200,000 by the end of the day on September 30th and I really just cannot thank you enough for reading and sharing my posts.
Each time you share one of my posts it helps make the work I do possible by generating funding in support of this work via the advertising contracts I have here on the blog (which pays based on page views.) As I have said in previous posts – once the blog consistently exceeds 600,000 page views a month – the work will be fully funded, paying for all of the testing and reporting I do and making it possible for me to expand the scope and reach of this work and hire others to help me (creating jobs!) [If you are interested in working with the Lead Safe Mama team, here’s one opportunity!] So thanks again. Keep sharing… we’re almost 1/2 way there… 🙂
