Kidsme My Turn Spoon Trainer. Non-detect for Lead, Arsenic, Cadmium, Mercury, & Antimony when tested by XRF.
When tested with an XRF instrument (for repeated 180 second / 3-minute tests) this Kidsme brand two-tone blue plastic baby spoon had the following set of readings (below).
Results are science-based and replicable. Metals not detected by the XRF (in consumer goods mode) are not listed. All testing reported on this site is done using a freshly calibrated XRF instrument.
Dark Blue Plastic Elements (Spoon Bowl):
- Barium (Ba): 121 +/- 60 ppm
- Copper (Cu): 149 +/- 8 ppm
- Nickel (Ni): 7 +/- 4 ppm
- Iron (Fe): 33 +/- 9 ppm
- Bismuth (Bi): 4 +/- 2 ppm
Dark Blue Plastic Elements (Spoon Handle):
- Barium (Ba): 156 +/- 47 ppm
- Copper (Cu): 156 +/- 7 ppm
- Nickel (Ni): 7 +/- 3 ppm
- Iron (Fe): 17 +/- 7 ppm
Light Blue Plastic Elements (Spoon Handle)
- Copper (Cu): 62 +/- 6 ppm
- Titanium (Ti): 1,043 +/- 129 ppm
