#AskTamara: What non-toxic hair conditioner do you use with you children?#AskTamara

I know this is a kind of silly blog post for me but I get this question absolutely all the time, so I thought I would put it in a post!

Question: What non-toxic hair conditioner do you use with you children?
Answer: Clean Kids Naturally Banana Smoothie Hair Conditioner!

OMG – this stuff is great. I think we have been using it for nearly a decade (as long as I can remember, since I first found it in our local grocery store.)

#AskTamara: What non-toxic hair conditioner do you use with you children?I use it as a leave-in conditioner for myself and my kids (just a little tiny bit / pea size amount for the boys and about a generous teaspoon for me.) If tangles are really bad I will also apply a bunch in the shower and rinse off and brush the kiddos’ hair in the shower.

It’s magical. I am not a cosmetics expert and I don’t know what all the ingredients are, but my kids have massive sensitives (skin, scents, sensory processing disorder stuff) and they have never had an issue with this, either from a sensory perspective or a skin-rash / skin-aggravation perspective… and it smells great.

I love this stuff so much I often gift it to friends (especially if I know that their littles have bad tangles or hate having their hair brushed!)

They recently went to new packaging but I read up and it appears that it is still made with the same formula and by the same small company. It is expensive, but a little goes a long way so it is worth it. I have also found that it is sometimes cheaper to buy it direct from the company website, not from Amazon (especially if you buy two bottles at a time)… so you might want to price shop a bit before buying.

So there’s your answer. Here’s my affiliate link to this product on Amazon.

Thank you for reading and for sharing my posts.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
