When tested with an XRF instrument this book had the following readings:

- Arsenic (As): 39 +/- 15 ppm
- Barium (Ba): 317 +/- 150
- Chromium (Cr): 372 +/- 72 ppm
- Bromine (Br): 6 +/- 3 ppm
- Zinc (Zn): 117 +/- 14 ppm
- Copper (Cu): 39 +/- 15 ppm
- Nickel (Ni): 36 +/- 12 ppm
- Iron (Fe): 1,943 +/- 80 ppm
Inside Page Example One:
- Lead (Pb): 186 +/- 14 ppm
- Zinc (Zn): 83 +/- 12 ppm
- Copper (Cu): 29 +/- 14 ppm
- Iron (Fe): 364 +/- 40 ppm
