FYI: 3 hour and 33 minute call with Legal Aid in September 2018

For the file (and so I have this to link to for a story I am about to publish!) here is the screenshot of my call to legal aid from last month [Thursday, September 20, 2018, call initiated at 10:22 a.m.!]

I was on hold for more than 2 hours before the call was picked up and the total length of the call was 3 hours and 33 minutes.

Talk about tenacious! 😉
