If you served me something to drink in this mug in your home I would not drink from it.

  1. I recently saw a documentary about the Shrek glasses and learned that carcinogens can be found in most painted glasses. This morning I was drinking coffee from a painted mug I’ve been using since about 2014. I looked up the manufacturer California Pantry to see if this mug has been harming me without knowing it. I never thought it was painted. It was a cheap mug I thought had an ironed on design but some of the design is raised so I’m sure it’s painted. My mug isn’t as old as the one tested here. My mug is from 2015 and it was made in China should I toss it?
