2026 Lead Safe Mama, LLC Sponsorship Rates (Subject to Change)

Our sponsorship rates are set at the beginning of each year based on our readership projections for the year. Our projections for 2026 are below (you can read more about these projections at this link). 

1. 7,795,321 — Low-end 2026 Readership Projection
2. 8,500,000 — Mid-range 2026 Readership Projection (our 2026 Readership Goal)
3. 9,500,000 — 2026 Readership Projection Stretch Goal

We have FOUR sponsorship opportunities open in 2026

Sponsorships are by invitation only. We extend invitations for these opportunities to companies whose products test well and meet all our highest standards.

1.) Lead Safe Mama, LLC Newsletter Sponsor (approx. 23,000 Newsletter Subscribers)

• This is an Exclusive opportunity (as it is only available to one sponsor, and no other sponsors would be offered this opportunity, assuming a single sponsor confirms at this Exclusive rate).
• SPONSOR BENEFIT: We will include a linked sponsorship advertising banner in every newsletter sent out during the 12-month sponsorship period.
• $37,500 for the year (per 12-month period, paid annually)
  • This rate is based on $2,750 per month during Quarters 1, 2, and 3, and $4,250 a month for Q4. 
  • It is $41,250 if paid quarterly, at $10,312.50 per quarter, with a 12-month commitment
• Alternate Non-Exclusive Option:
• $26,500 for the year (per 12-month period, paid annually)
  • It is $29,000 if paid quarterly, at $7,250 per quarter, with a 12-month commitment
  • With a Non-Exclusive commitment, there may be two or more sponsorship banners in the newsletter

2.) Lead Safe Mama, LLC Website Sponsor

• This is an Exclusive opportunity (only available to one sponsor).
• SPONSOR BENEFIT: A linked sponsorship advertising banner at the top of every page on the website (where the Naturepedic banner currently is).
• The rate for this opportunity is based on a projected cost per impression of 1.5 cents.
  • This is a projected CPM of $15 — $15 per thousand impressions.
• Given our readership projection of 8,500,000 unique page views, our website sponsorship rate for 2026 is $127,500 paid annually.
  • This is based on a rate of:
    • $9,000 a month for the first nine months of the year ($81,000)
    • And $15,500 per month for the 4th quarter ($46,500)
  • That’s $140,000 if paid quarterly, with a 12-month commitment (at $35,000 per quarter)
• Projections are not guaranteed but serve as a basis for determining our sponsorship rates for the year, as final readership numbers may be higher or lower than these projections.

3.) Lead Safe Mama, LLC 2026 Articles Sponsor

• This is an Exclusive opportunity (only available to one sponsor).
• SPONSOR BENEFIT: For each article we publish (specifically articles with lab reports or consumer goods test results)throughout the 12-month sponsorship period, the sponsor will have a prominently-placed evergreen, linked statement near the top of the article’s text (in a header font/ format) that reads along the lines of “This article is sponsored by Your Company Name Here.”  (Please see our example below, in blue.)
• The rate for this opportunity is $62,500 (paid annually) for any start date within the 2026 calendar year.
  • $68,750 paid quarterly ($17,187.50 per quarter, with an annual commitment)
• This sponsorship will enable us to end our advertising contract with Mediavine.
• No other advertisements or sponsorship info will appear in the body of these articles.
• In 2025, we published 409 articles. We anticipate publishing at least 350 articles that would include this sponsorship link in 2026.
  • Articles that are controversial in any way will not include a sponsorship link.
  • The links will be “evergreen,” meaning they will remain in the article after the end of the sponsorship, for as long as the article remains published.
  • The cost for this (with the rate paid annually) works out to $179 per sponsored article (OR LESS if we publish more than 350 articles, which we expect to)!

4.) Lead Safe Mama, LLC 2026/27 App Sponsor

• This is an Exclusive opportunity (only available to one sponsor).
• SPONSOR BENEFIT: A linked header banner reading “Sponsored by Your Company Name” (with room for graphics or a logo) at the top of every screen on the app.
• This sponsorship will be paid in full in 2026 to support the development and deployment of our app.
• The rate is for one year (the second full year after the app is launched, starting in 2027), however, the sponsor will receive a “bonus year” of recognition beginning in 2026 with the launch of the app, for the entirety of the first year the app is live, as we build our audience on the app platform.
• The rate for a third year will be evaluated based on the app’s success and public engagement with it. 
• The current rate is $175,000 paid in advance for sponsorship recognition throughout the two-year period (or $192,500 paid quarterly, at $48,125 per quarter across the first year).
