Our Sponsorship Rates are set each year at the beginning of the year — based on our readership projections for the year. Our projections for 2026 are below., (you can read more about these projections here on this link). 

1. 7,795,321 — Low End 2026 Readership Projection
2. 8,500,000 — Mid-Range 2026 Readership Projection, 2026 Readership Goal
3. 9,500,000 — Stretch Goal 2026 Readership Projection

We have FOUR sponsorship opportunities in 2026

Sponsorship opportunities are by invitation only. We extend invitations for sponsorship opportunities to companies whose products test well / meet our standards.

1.) Lead Safe Mama, LLC Newsletter Sponsor (apprx. 23,000 Newsletter Subscribers)

• This is an Exclusive Opportunity (only available for one sponsor, no other sponsors would be offered this opportunity if a sponsor confirms at the Exclusive rate)
• SPONSOR BENEFIT:  linked sponsorship advertising banner in every newsletter sent out during the 12-Month sponsorship period.
• $37,500 for the year (12-month period, paid annually)
  • This rate is based on $2,750 per month during Quarters 1, 2 and 3 and  $4,250 a month for Q4. 
  • $41,250 if paid quarterly / $10,312.50 per quarter, with a 12-month commitment
• Alternate Option
• Non-Exclusive: $26,500 for the  year (12-month period, paid annually)
  • $29,000 if paid quarterly / $7,250 per quarter, with a 12-month commitment
  • With a Non-Exclusive commitment there may be two or more sponsorship banners in the newsletter

2.) Lead Safe Mama, LLC Website Sponsor

• This is an Exclusive Opportunity (only available for one sponsor)
• SPONSOR BENEFIT: a linked sponsorship advertising banner at the top of every page of the website (where the Naturepedic banner currently is)
• The rate for this opportunity is based on a projected cost per impression of 1.5 cents
  • This is a projected CPM of $15,00 — $15.00 per thousand impressions
• Given our readership projection of 8,500,000 unique page views, our website sponsorship rate for 2026 is
  • $127,500 paid annually
    • This is based on a rate of:
      • $9,000 a month for the first 9 months of the year ($81,000), and
      • $15,500 per month for the 4th quarter ($46,500)
  • $140,000 if paid quarterly,  with a 12-month commitment ($35,000 per quarter)
• Projections are not guaranteed but serve as a basis for determining our sponsorship rates for the year, final readership numbers may be higher or lower than projections.

3.) Lead Safe Mama, LLC 2026 Articles Sponsor

• This is an Exclusive Opportunity (only available for one sponsor)
• SPONSOR BENEFIT: for each article we publish (specifically articles with lab reports or consumer goods test results — published across the 12-month sponsorship period) the sponsor will have a prominently-placed evergreen linked statement near the top of the body of the article text ( in a header font/ format) along the lines of “This article sponsored by Company Name Here”  (see example  – in blue  – directly below)
• The rate for this opportunity is $62,500 (paid annually) for any start date for this sponsorship in the 2026 Calendar year.
  • $68,750 paid quarterly ($17,187.50 per quarter, with an annual commitment)
• This sponsorship will make it possible for us to cancel our advertising contract with Mediavine
• No other advertisements or sponsorship info will appear in the body of these articles
• In 2025 we published 409 articles, and anticipate publishing at least 350 articles that would include this sponsorship link in 2026
  • Articles that are controversial in any way will not include the sponsorship link
  • The links will be “evergreen” — they will remain in the article after the end of the sponsorship, for as long as the article remains published
  • The cost for this (with the rate paid annually) works out to $179.00 per sponsored article OR LESS (less if we publish more than 350 articles, which we expect we will!)

4.) Lead Safe Mama, LLC 2026/2027 App Sponsor

• This is an Exclusive Opportunity (only available for one sponsor)
• SPONSOR BENEFIT: a  linked header banner “Sponsored by Company Name” (with room for graphics / logo possible) at the top of every screen of the app
• The sponsorship will be paid in full in 2026 (to support the development and deployment of our app)
• The rate is for one year (the second full year after the app is launched, starting in 2027), however the sponsor will get a “bonus year” of recognition (beginning in 2026 with the launch of the app,  for the first year the app is live — as we build our audience on the app platform)
• Rate for the third year will be evaluated based on public engagement in the app / success of the app.
• Current Rate is $175,000 paid in advance for sponsorship recognition in the two year period (or $192,500 paid quarterly, $48,125 per quarter across first year).

If all of these sponsorships came through for 2026 we would be able to cover the costs for laboratory testing and reporting on more than 800 products!
