Happy Anniversary to my husband, Len!

Three Anniversaries!

My husband and I get THREE anniversaries. 20 years ago on Erev Passover we had our first date… we met at a Passover seder at his house. He wasn’t home when we arrived but his dad was there waiting for us – so technically my son and I met my father-in-law-to-be before we met my husband!

1. So anniversary #1 is Erev Passover.
2. Because the Jewish calendar is different from the Christian calendar – Erev Passover is on a different date every year. 20 years ago Erev Passover was on April 7th – so our second anniversary date that we like to celebrate is April 7th.
3. Then 20 years ago – one month and two days later – on May 9th we got married (just a month after we met!) so our THIRD anniversary is May 9th.

Happy 20th Anniversay Leonard Rubin! Damn that was a wild 20 years! Here’s to the next 20! May they be relatively uneventful – but super fun! #TheFunStartsNow #2021IsOurYear
