2012 Red Fiat 500 For Sale! Maine (or nearby!)
Hey all! I am in Maine and need to sell my little red Fiat! It is a 2012 with less than 80,000 miles (about 77,000 now I think – I will update with exact mileage later today) – and has new tires that I purchased in August in Colorado (cost just over $500) and a Yakima roof rack (factory quality) that cost about $500 and if you want the Kayak attachment for the roof rack that was another $450. So ideally without the Kayak attachment (which I may want to keep!) I would like sell the car for about $5000 (or with the lockable Kayak part of the rack – for $5,400.) It is an AMAZING city car! Great for parking. Stick shift. Reliable. [We just drove it across the country from Portland, Oregon with no issues at all and it had a pre-trip checkup at the Fiat dealer there and the only thing they said it needed was a lightbulb and tires – which we took care of.]
Can I buy the kayaks too?
The kayaks were just purchased in June and July of 2020 and have only been used a handful of times – however I would consider including the two kayaks with one kayak paddle and one life jacket for an additional $1,200 (but we will not be selling kayaks separately without the car at this time.)
Condition
- It is in good (nearly excellent?) used condition.
- Drives great (no functional or mechanical issues).
- Missing one hubcap (not sure how that happened!)
- It has one or two tiny dings (nothing really noticeable) from rocks or whatever on the cross-country drive.
- It has a sensor light that needs re-setting (the dealer in Portland said it was the light that is the issue, not the actual tire pressure that the light is indicating).
- It has been a West Coast car until now (no rust!)
“Tamara, why are you selling it?”
The car is owned by my business. Lead Safe Mama, LLC is the second owner of the car. I bought it in March right before the pandemic with the idea of using it just to take me to the airport and back for work trips and for the occasional errand or meeting around town – #DOH! That did not work out as planned! [I am 100% avoiding air travel since the pandemic started!] Selling this car now will really help me out as it will help me get a vehicle more appropriate for my work now that the nature of my work has changed significantly with the pandemic (so much more driving now and a need to haul stuff with me too!)

Thanks for reading and for sharing with anyone you know who might be interested!
