This is interesting. Another product in the Naples collection has a prop 65 warning. (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Defiant-Naples-Satin-Nickel-Hall-Closet-Door-Lever-32LYEX203B/323700934) Not sure if it’s for lead. I didnt realize this was a canadian brand as it’s in home depot and cheaper than kwikset, schlage, etc.
All the schlage door handles and locks I have purchased recently do not come with a prop65 warning — Lowe’s is pretty good about stating which products have them and which don’t. It seems they are primarily made of zinc. However they sent their locks with brass keys! Luckily we are using smart locks so won’t need to use the keys regularly (or hopefully never!)
